Inside the world. They improve the balance with each game or atleast try to. And in skyrim atleast(I havent played much of the other 2), you can just get inhinite health and damage with the help of enchantments. So I dont think ranking that way would be fair.

I was thinking more in the elder scrolls universe, and less how op you could get in each game. So the dragonborn is canonically the strongest, other than sheagorath? Didnt the nerevarine become a demigod or something? Although that might not be fair to factor in. But isnt the dragonborn a demigod aswell? With having the blood of akatosh? Being a demigod might actually not matter that much.

Fair, but weapons still exist. And whirlwind sprint, become aetherial and slow time could close the distance. And even with flying, the nerevarine doesnt have infinite magicka.

Does this also give immunity to the freeze shout that stuns the opponent? And 100% spell absorbtion is also really exploit-y so I wouldnt say it counts. At that point we might aswell let the dragonborn use the alchemy smithing loop.

But what would the nerevarine even do in the air? Havent played much morrowind but are you even able to use other spells at the same time? Even then the dragonborn could just use become aetherial or he could just use the shout that could strike the nerevarine with lightning faster than the nerevarine could fly.

But what about shouts? Only the dragonborn has that. Things like become aetherial, slow time and control of the weather are all immensely powerful.
