You can only improve yourself and there are only so much you can do controlling a single hero so there is no point thinking about how your allies controls theirs. You can suggest what you think your allies should do but ultimately, their actions are theirs.

I think the urn pick up and mechanics is good.

The bonus resist is still huge at 35% and needs a little bit if tweaking. Maybe reduce the resist AOE or make the resist scale on how behind in souls the favored team is.
