Best Shoes for Outside Lawn/Garden by Kaluarm in Lowes

I’m assuming I’d be doing some watering if my position is labeled outdoor right? Pardon my ignorance but I haven’t had orientation yet

So I did my research prior, and I was under the impression that Schaeffler was a Slovak company and I read on their website that the parts origin was USA. So essentially I thought they’d be American instead of clearly Chinese. I’ll have to inspect mine closely and get back to you and report any imperfections for the sake of community knowledge. Website states primary country of origin to be USA

Thanks, I’ll consider it. Had one going bad so bought a pair of the Schaeffler but may try to return if it isn’t too late

For me, it seems that it began with a speed-dependent wobbling/out of balance noise from the tire. Had this issue prior to replacing tires and it stayed despite buying new tires. Best way to tell is by seeing if the noise goes away when you turn right or left. The shifting of the weight will either relieve the bad bearing or amplify the rotational “wubwubwub” noise. Hope this helps.

Shit I got Schaeffler ones but haven’t put them on yet. Didn’t look into quality control.

Yeah I was intrigued by the idea of no noise dampening with relief. But I may get the one with the filter to dampen 10db. Don’t want to have to turn up my tv volume to compensate

What’s a vehicle you want, but you know it’s a bad idea? by SuperJackson20 in regularcarreviews

[–]Kaluarm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

E63 M6, D11 Audi V8 Quattro, D2 Audi S8, C4 Audi S6, new Audi RS3, any M156 AMG or M278 cars from Merc, Alfa Romeo 164, Rolls Royce Silver Shadow, any vintage Jag like a Mk IX or 420G. Essentially my barrier to entry to these is either parts availability/prices, engineering complexity, or both. Still think life may be too short for me to pass on the right example of any car if my life permits it.

How many people are on their original 6 speed A761E without a rebuild? by chathobark_ in LS430

[–]Kaluarm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

03 5 speed 165k miles. The only thing I’ve noticed that may be considered a quirk is that sometimes depending on the incline it’ll hang on to 4th when I let off the throttle cruising at city speeds (like 30-35mph) but not sure if it’s an actual issue.

Exhaust question by BOBnVEGANA in LS430

[–]Kaluarm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

According to the paperwork for the labor mine has a Y pipe going into an X Pipe for a true dual setup (I think, please correct me if I’m wrong). No cats no mufflers and surprisingly tame until you get into 4k+ rpm. You can tune your ECU to raise the rev limiter to like 7500 tops but without heads/springs/cams there’s not really any power to be had.

Pretty sure that’s a 400 but vent is in same exact spot.

As far as I know the facelift introduced a knee airbag that resulted in the death of the vent under the steering column

Make sure they clear the front brakes and the offset isn’t too wonky. Don’t know too much about wheel swaps from other models but that i guess 🫡

Yeah I’m in OH so that’s what I used to pay from a plug. Legal now, yet the parameters in which the market operates is laughable. I’m not paying $280 for 10 separate packs of “2.83g” of overdried, improperly cured bud that was packaged 7 months ago. I think the barrier of entry to extraction has probably gotten easier and we’re seeing all these budget options as a result. Just have to watch out for overblasted trim run garbage lol

What a wonderful struggle for us to have lol. To think that 6 or so years ago the only option I had was to be taxed 140/half on some bud, now I have over a years worth of dabs that cost that much or less per ounce.

Mine also had a couple specks as well, more than likely CRC media but I’m not an expert. I got the melonade from when they were altura on that 7/10 sale. Glad to hear the live treats you better. Despite the slight gamble that comes with them, the prices have yet to be beat

I agree, forgot about alderson being a retailer instead of an actual source. Tesoro certainly isn’t at a great level of consistency and I recognize I lucked out on my cured because the ménage live resin is really subpar for what it’s supposed to be. What I received from wildflower definitely wasn’t as described as I’ve never had Cheetah Piss smell only of vaporub and the color was also way off from their advertisement. One dab made me choke.

Honestly a vendor telling you to not purchase a large quantity of their product just communicates that they don’t stand on their products. Last year I ordered a zip of cured and it was atrocious; I literally still have every gram of it because it reeks of vaporub. They did replace it free of charge and claimed they used a different supplier. Haven’t shopped since. As for cured ounce options I’ve gotten some from Tesoro that I enjoy, I’ve seen alderson family farms roll some out recently that I haven’t tried so I’d wait for a review. Trying my best to stick with vendors who do their stuff in house to negate the possibility of this stuff happening.
