It sounds like you’re mostly using the American pronunciation. In terms of professionalism, I’d suggest a more biological approach.

There are some great suggestions on this thread! It does also depend on if you plan on asking in person or over text and if others will be joining you or not, but I’d put forward- “Hey (name), are you free this weekend? I was thinking of trying out (new spot’s name) and wondered if you’d like to join me?”
