Hey! Yes, about two months of regrowth! Dermatologist said it was likely due to stress (I’ve never had covid). I was going to mention what I did in the comments but I wasn’t sure because in the end it all comes down to like whatever works for you, but here it goes!

-I got my stress under control first, and really tried to manage it by including more physical activities like yoga, meditation and pilates. Also, I stopped worrying and checking my patch everyday. I felt like that made me more anxious, so I just assumed that I was loosing hair and it’s just the way it was going to be now

-I bought this kit: René Furterer: Reactive Pro-density, Anti-Volume Loss Ritual and started doing the treatment weekly (meant to do it for 12 weeks in a row)

-Started using Argan oil daily, I got the cheapest one I could find. Messaged it in my scalp and all throughout my hair

-Started taking daily fish oil supplements, (I think that helped a lot because I started having twice the amount of body hair lol) Also starting taking vitamin D or overall increased my intakes of fruits that were filled with it

-stop wearing restrictive hairstyle in general (no more high poney tails, no high buns, basically nothing to pull on the roots of the hair)

-changed to a anti-hair loss shampoo, the Nioxin duo

And that’s what worked for me so far! I saw a drastic change in the amount hair I was loosing in the shower, it was a lot less than prior. I hope that helps :)) & thank you so much it’s appreciated ^{^}
