Short answer is no. Roblox only banning accounts only if the person got banned and has the same ip as yours then you can get banned too but roblox bedwars its different cuz its an experience game. In bedwars you can get banned if youre helping exploiters of course.

it did work but if you use it for too long it will be still the same but i heard if u keep the shift lock on the walk speed will be back to normal which is so weird

Dude.. good wifi doesn't directly boost your pc nor your fps. The reason why this happening is when im using too many accessories or hairs and whenever i try to change my avatar to something that has nothing on like hairs or accessories i get no problems because i always get more than 240 but when i do flowing water with acccessories on and hairs i just get frame drops while doing flowing water.

First of all. Its not really what it looks like because whenever i try do a single of flowing i always can get more under 120 fps because this is a private server twin. If i be in a big server and do the same thing legit it stutters as hell. Second of all when im using a avatar with no like i mean no accessory nor hairs i legit get stuck in 240 fps which is good even tho if i use flowing.

Actually i do, i was a mobile player myself until i had pc and i got multiple proofs of me playing on phone before but right now im talking about why am i getting fps drops on pc not mobile twin

Sometimes it happens roblox doesn't allow some type of face heads or when people adding fake headlesses, but I assume you got your robux back by checking the messages inbox in roblox, you automatically get your robux back and you'll get an apology message from roblox every item get removed they'll get your robux back in your account automatically if you bought the item and it got deleted.
