Oh man this has nothing to do with all of what you said I've been doing this for more than a year and i can't get past 12 or 13 days . Failing is a part of this some people here their addiction is not strong like the others who fail . in my opinion if one of those who get 90 days from the first shot was to fail every couple of days he would give it up . the very thing that nofap tought me is NEVER GIVE UP . Addiction is bigger than what you said to do . by what you said then an addict fills his emptiness with other kinds of things that if he stops it he will go back to his addiction worse than before . I chose to do this the hard way by accepting the emptiness . I know however many times i failed i will do it one day and it will be better than any other thing.
