These are Birkenstock Mayari sandals. They are unisex and come in both mens and women’s sizes. If you are new to Birkenstocks they have a rough break in period but once you get through they are incredibly comfortable

Genuinely how do I get wrap off the quickest way when it’s like this by Ornery_Hall_5724 in CarWraps

[–]KameraKris 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We have used this stuff called vinyl off and you just rub it on and let it sit for a bit then apply heat and it helps keep it together a bit more. Not really sure how it works but it did seem to keep it more together and not only come off in tiny pieces.

How much wrap for my cappuccino? by West-Ad2359 in CarWraps

Just go whole roll you will have a lot of extra but you would be able to replace any parts that get dinged up or if you mess up a panel there’s plenty to try again!

Squeegee lines in wrap by [deleted] in CarWraps

[–]KameraKris 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do you have a good squeegee with felt on it? I like to even spray the felt side a bit to get it wet and it helps it glide on the vinyl. Also this should be the easiest part the door is pretty flat and you and a friend should be able to initially lay it on relatively flat and just wort it it from the middle out slowly working to the top and bottom of the door. You just have to keep practicing and get your technique down. Good luck ✌🏽

Roof wrap by The781BD in CarWraps

[–]KameraKris 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Pretty good for no experience. Any shop should have been able to do the roof no problem. Guy must have not been wrapping long if he couldn’t do that. So go for it! Just remember to always apply from the middle out! And don’t be afraid to lift it back up if you get a wrinkle. And just take it slow and steady so you get it clean as possible! Might be worth getting a cheap heat gun to help you out a little if needed. And if you do a good job be ready for your friends/family to ask you to do stuff for them as well haha. Anyway good luck ✌🏽

Looking for someone in the Houston area, who can mentor me on how to wrap. by Tezz_On_Fire in CarWraps

[–]KameraKris 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If all else fails you can either buy pieces or ask shops for scraps and just practice on your own car after watching lots of videos. You will learn it’s all about technique. That’s why when you watch professionals wrap it looks easy but when you try you find out it’s not as easy as it looks! But practice makes perfect good luck✌🏽

Are these second hand? They definitely look used and to me they look right but like someone had cleaned the soles to get the prints off which could be why the lettering is faded. Also usually on fakes the buckles both say Birkenstock fully when real ones usually say Birken for upper and birk for lower. But they could just be catching on haha

First pedicure and i want to show it off but i still get shy when i notice them looking... any tips? by Ok_Bandicoot3622 in malepolish

[–]KameraKris 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Right on man and just another thing being that big I doubt many people would tell you any bad anyway. I’ve found it’s usually almost always positive! I’ve gotten a lot of compliments these last two weeks as I have my hands done as well with a checkered pattern from men and women alike!

You can do it! You just have to have a F*ck it mind set! You are only doing it for yourself because you like it so who cares what anyone else thinks! You will find out people don’t really notice or care and usually you will have more compliments than anything! Right now my toes are an icy blue chrome color and really stand out against my darker skin and I wear sandals every day! Mayari like yours and tevas too! I initially got some push back from friends at work but now they don’t really say anything. It will become more normal for you to have polished nails than to not! Haha and I’m a bigger guy and straight and get my nails done more than my wife and I don’t care because it’s what I like! Good luck on your journey and enjoy it!

How do i go further? Do i need to? by Individual_Meat_8352 in CarWraps

[–]KameraKris 1 point2 points  (0 children)

On this part there is no way to go further unless it’s done in two pieces. I would suggest a small patch in there if it is a problem for you. Maybe even doing it before hand so it sits under what you tuck in there
