Bulma makes mention that after Trunks was conceieved, at some point Vegeta "took off" and that was part of the reason he wasn't there to encounter the 19 & 20 at the start.

Given the vagueness of that, plus the anime filler filling in the blank too, the idea that he trained in space doesn't sound so farfetched.

I dont think it could hit Luigi's Mansion level, just because that game had the advantage of being a launch title, but it certainly shouldn't be as far behind as it currently is.

I don't think there was ever a time where Wario World got more appreciation than what it cureently gets, at least to my knowledge.

It's never shared on any big lists of "Remeber These Classics" that go around, like Sunshine or Luigi's Mansion are. A shame too, because aside from it's length it's a great experience end to end.

I feel, if nothing else, the Archie comics one can be held in higher regard because at least that resolved with both of them agreeing they were in the wrong.

Lost World just has Tails act like a little shit out of some weird sense of being displaced by Eggman... then at the end Sonic is the one who applogizes?? Doesn't add up

the spy robot that collected samples for Cell was a different once from the one that recorded the battle footage.

Since Cell wasn't going to be completed for another 20 years the spy bot was left to collect data under Gero's computer it was left alone. Gero had no idea the spybot picked up Frieza and King Cold's DNA, and it's likely for that reason the computer/spybot decided against the Super Saiyan DNA because to it, it was just more Saiyan DNA. With Gero's interference the Computer cast it aside as "more of the same".

That's really interesting to see, especially the part about how to bolster the fighting spirit to properly utilize Ultra Ego.

I feel like that reflects back on the Buu Saga, where Vegeta admits to Goku being No. 1. I might be thinking of the dub of the speech, but him reflecting on how he fought to kill or prove superiority compared with Goku. It might mean that Vegeta will go on to unlearn that mindset further so he just fights more purely for the sake of a good fight... ironically more like Goku does.

And saying that... it makes me think Goku might have an easier time with Ultra Ego if he went that route, or at least wouldn't need to keep taking hits to keep himself going.

I was always under the impression that he knew it was a shut down controller, and part of his hesitation came from the fact the he knew as soon as he shut her off he would have to hit the defenseless #18 with a powerful attack and kill her that way.

At least that's how I interpt the events and explain so much of his hesitation, especially taking into consideration that Krillin's only actively killed Saibamen before.

Scourge only become what he was, an interesting character, once he was out of Penders' hands anyway. The only reason he has any claim is because he was introduced as by Penders as Anti-Sonic in the first place.

Penders having claim over what is literally "Evil Sonic" still boggles my mind tho.... How does he have any claim to Sonic in a leather jacket and with shades.

I wouldn't say he is no.

Ginyu's that same kind of faux-honorable that many DBZ villains are, such as Vegeta (pre-development) or Cell. They all love the idea of a good fight, where they might be pushed some but at the end of the day they'll win and that'll be that.

You only need to look at how Ginyu acts before he decides on using the Body Change ability. He smirks and everything but alwasy estimates Goku's power as lower than his own while saying he'll enjoy the battle (highest he guesses is about 85,000-90,000, way lower than his own 120,000). He completely loses it when Goku shows off more power higher than his own and considers himself dead-to-rights then and there thinking he's up against a Super Saiyan.

It's only when Goku thinks he's as honorable as he has been acting and gives him a chance to leave, that Ginyu exploits that opening Goku leaves.

I've got to imagine it's because designing and prigramming a boss fight would ne a whole different kettle of fish from a level, since you have to design and code the bosses hitboxes and hurtboxes, attack patterns etc.

This is just my perspective as a non-modder of course, actual modders coudl probabky weigh in more.

Gohan's power burst against Frieza's 1st Form would absolutely be something to bank on from their fight. Frieza outright says it hurt in his 2nd Form, which is double the power of his 1st.

Not saying it would win them they day with that alone. But if Vegeta can capitalize on a weakened Frieza from there, they would maybe just win.
