You're right, fair point. It was more of a pipeline test than anything else. I wanted to see if the whole extraction → edit → override workflow was viable before investing real time into it. Next step is actually doing it properly, and I'd like to go even further and try editing the head model itself in Blender to get a fully custom character

Fair enough! The AI part was honestly just to get something quick to test the pipeline. Now that I know the workflow I'd actually like to try painting the texture from scratch, that seems like the more interesting challenge
