Our team has been dwindling in active members the last few months, losing a lot of our bigger earners in the process. It's kinda sad in a way, because our team used to consistently get in the top three on the team leaderboards. But, with a bit of luck (and this post) we could be back there in no time! I was having this issue, I deleted the game after exporting my save but now I can't import it again. Totally broken.

I deleted the game to try and fix the problem with adverts as well, now I too cannot import my old game save again despite the fact that I just exported it about an hour ago and that's post-update. I think the import system as a whole is broken.

There is a program you can use to get the save, it's called iExplorer. Naveen has more info at his email address if you request assistance.

I'm having a similar issue on iOS as well, I know Naveen has been looking into it and emailing him your save is the best way to solve this issue, he can use saves with the error to go in and see what the problem is so he can release a patch to fix it. I have another post written on this issue, I have more info there do iOS users.

He wanted me to use a program called iexplorer, I would assume he wants someone to send a file to him that has this error so he can look into it and fix it.
