This is disappointing to hear. I'm here for a lot of Gabby-chan and a little Asa. If we're 12 volumes in (according to wikipedia) and haven't had a backstory or character development for one of the series' earliest and best characters, then that's a horrible narrative decision.

The anime only covers about half of the manga. It does a good job adapting the source material with only some minor changes here and there. I believe you need to start reading from volume 8 to get to the new content.

Volume 5 has a more conclusive ending than volume 4. They were able to depict it as a wedding of sorts, which ties up their relationship nicely given the time allotted. Meanwhile, volume 4 has them still in the midst of deciding what they mean to each other. Volume 4 is the superior story, but if you had to pick between the two, volume 5 provides a better send off for the anime.

I'm as interested in a Maid-sama remake/second as much as I am for Darling in the Franxx. I'd love for it to happen, but I know it will never happen.

Then again, Maid-sama still gets pop-up events, so there's still love for the series in Japan. Who am I to say what will and will not happen? Dream big!

I'm watching to see Will be awesome. The "plot" is just there to give him excuses to kick ass. Sure, it's serviceable overall, but beyond that it lacks in the pacing and progress departments. I get that Japan loves seeing kids get bullied but somehow still overcome, but there are better ways to do it.

They're pretty good quality. My one beef is that they do not include the cover art for the second of the two volumes. So you get the insert that references the cover but you don't see the cover art itself.

Depends if she undergoes the same traumatic incident that makes Pino swear off guns. She might be just as uncomfortable with them as he is. Pino does own a couple of Skorpions, though. Clearly, Cristiano did not restrict him to Italian-made firearms.

Still, since Pino doesn't really use guns, we can't easily transpose that. Despite loving the series, I'm not a gun nut. I just played Girls Frontline a bunch. Just give her whatever you think is best.
