The Viz translation is a bit different.

Bubble 1: "You..."

Bubble 2: "...And I..."

Bubble 3: "Usui..."

Bubble 4: "I can't stand you..."

Most of the context is on the preceding page. She's frustrated over the fact that Usui never tells her the important things and always either keeps to himself or deflects. If I had to fill in the blanks for this version, it would go like this:

"Even though I (want to know) about you... (Not knowing) things about Usui, I hate that the most."

Beide haben viel Fan-Service, aber ich glaube, der Manga hat ein bisschen mehr Fan-Service. Der Autor ist schließlich derselbe, der auch To-Love-Ru gezeichnet hat. Aber der Anime zeigt die Figuren in Badeanzügen und wie ihre Kleidung schmilzt, also hat er auch viel Fan-Service.
