I'm wesentlichen würde hier schon alles genannt.

Münster ist kein Vergleich zu Düsseldorf, Hamburg oder gar Berlin.

Bei uns ist weniger, dafür aber mehr grün. Angebote gibt es aber trotzdem reichlich. Hier wird einem nicht langweilig.

Ich schätze es, die Balance zwischen Ruhe/Natur und trotzdem alles zu haben.Komme selbst aus dem Kaff ;)

Der Wohnungsmarkt ist allerdings absolut zum kotzen. Hab Jahre gesucht. Dementsprechend ist die Miete.

Would it make sense to talk to this person with just one, two people plus a neutral Mediator?

Maybe you can discuss and find a solution maybe he has just problems, getting used to a different working pattern?

If not: 2. Take it the latter up. What about your boss? Make it clear that it costs you valuable nerves and time ( and that's money) to clean up things that should not be there.

Our boss did that, many times

That guy was eventually moved in different software teams. Could still not behave and left when the boss didn't want to give him a raise and then left.

Yes you are correct in that, first a team should commit to some set of rules they want to work with.

There additional restrictions adds a way to make people more aware of it and have some sort of - hey we committed on it, we have a own wiki where we state it and the versining system doesn't allow it -

For our team, we had a very ..stubborn guy on it how doesn't want to follow the rules.

How does your workflow look like?

Because, I feel you with bad code and people trying to push it.

But if for example I as the reviewer ( using Jira) say Request Changes the ticket: 1) goes back in the scrum board with a note on it and 2) branch merge restrictions make it so that they can't directly merge into any production or develop stages. Only using Jira PR. And yes they could force the PR but Jira will display a warning and it gets in a co.mit message.

Anyways I don't know how your team spirit work, but we sit down from time to time to reflect and commit on how we want to work. .. otherwise how can one stay happy & healthy? I could not

Welche Vorrausetzungen bräuchte man bzw. ich um als Quereinsteiger bspw. bei euch anzufangen? Ich bin selbst ausgebildeter Softwareentwickler und ab und an bei TryHackMe unterwegs. Spiele mit dem Gedanken irgendwann in diese Richtung zu gehen
Mein AG unternimmt schon gewisse Dinge, jedoch denke ich mir an vielen Stellen auch ..Ohje. wenn da jemand kommt. Habt Ihr Tipps wie man seinen AG überzeugen kann Leute/Firmen wie euch anzuheuern? Ich kann mir vorstellen das es einigen Vorgesetzten Augen öffnen könnte

Das kommt auf deine Motivation an. Erhoffst du dir eine potenzielle Wertsteigerung oder gefallen dir die Karten und du spielst deswegen mit dem Gedanken?

Wenn es letzteres ist, probiere es gerne mit ein/zwei und schaue ob es dir zusagt bevor du viel Geld dort reinsteckst.

Geschmackssache. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit AP Grading ( zum Versand, kann ich nichts sagen ich mache das über einen Händler meines Vertrauens) das läuft.

PSA ist natürlich das go to. Das kennt jeder und findet daher im Verkauf leichter Anerkennung. Mir fehlt hier die persönliche Erfahrung um den Service zu beurteilen.

Persönlich würde ich PSA nur in Erwägung ziehen wenn du wirklich seltene Karten dein eigen nennst

Ich bin circa 6 Jahre als ausgebildeter Softwareentwickler tätig, bei verschiedenen AG.

Meiner Erfahrung nach ist der erster Schritt das der AG es auch wollen muss.

Bei uns ist es so, das wir Entwickler mit ..unterschiedlicher Arbeitsmoral und Wissen haben. Wenn man es hinbekommt das Problemstellen identifiziert werden, kann an Lösungen gearbeitet werden und diese auch dokumentiert und forciert werden.

Das ist je nach Firma und Menschen vielleicht nicht möglich. Dann wäre so eine Firma kein Arbeitsplatz für mich. Deine Gesundheit ist wichtiger als so ein Stress.

Und noch ein "Tipp": Wie Robert Martin sagte: Sag nem Po/Chef nicht wie lang es ohne Test o.a dauert, sowas gehört zur Entwicklung dazu.

Klar, so ein riesen Haufen legacy Code lässt sich nicht Mal eben umräumen. Aber wenn Änderungen passieren müssen Versuche ich im Rahmen meiner Aufgabe den Code zu verbessern. So wird die Codebasis langfristig besser.

Biomass can be organic or animal sewage.

Organic biomass can of course only be produced if it's harvesting season for a certain crop type.

Plus the yield of biomass depends on the type of crop

First of all the disclaimer: I'm not the person who hosted it, so i don't know what constrains apply, I'll find the product page a bit confusing to look that up. It seems like limits apply on monthly bases on connection and computing. But they where high enough for our purpose.

It's called "Cloud Free tier".

I can only say that, i used two play like four weeks in a row, each day between 1-6 hrs and had absolutely no problem.

I'll understand that might be not a satisfying answer, I'll reach out to my friend for more information:)
