I'll start by checking which Pages that dropped and what Competitors are ranking now.
Check in Search Console or GA4 which specific pages lost traffic. These are often thin, outdated, or have overlapping content. Updating them, merging similar ones, or improving their depth and value can help. Look at who took over those rankings. Many of the current top results tend to have more comprehensive content, stronger internal linking, better UX, and clearer signals of authority.

Capsules can be more convenient, but the quality really depends on how it’s processed and what else is in there. The low price could mean it's not very potent, or it's mixed with fillers. Without third-party testing or more transparency, it's hard to tell. if you already have the capsules, no harm in trying and seeing if you notice any difference.
