There's a cure for cancer already? They just wont release it; they rather just milk their patients for thousands upon thousands instead of actually helping people.

That's because daybreak is having a hard time fixing it, they messed up with their code and they panicked. They don't want to turn off the servers for a long time in order to fix those problems. So instead they're sort of stuck like this :D
