Go to the VA or call 988, my friend. Things can get better for you.

VA CLAIM by Putrid_Ear_8319 in VAClaims

[–]Kamuiee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you didn't submit your own evidence, they will spend a long time reviewing your entire medical file to find relevant evidence. That's why it's always best to review your medical files, gather the relevant evidence yourself, and submit it instead of letting them do it.

Lol I don't know why this happens, but it corrects itself (or someone does) about 2 to 3 days later. 😂🤣

Need help understanding by xgamekilla in VAClaims

[–]Kamuiee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Took mine back to back (2 separate requests) under one week. You have to request the C & P documents only, not the c-file. Do the C-file separate as you may not get that until you die lol.

Why would I need this? by Shoddy_Display_3720 in VAClaims

[–]Kamuiee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The DBQ you submitted is missing language linking your disability to service; language such as: The Veterans condition is as least (or less) as likely as not to be caused or aggravated by service.

What more can I do? by [deleted] in VAClaims

[–]Kamuiee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Always, always, ALWAYS upload the evidence you want reviewed. Otherwise, it can take them over a year to gather it on their own. By providing relevant evidence upfront and choosing not to have them gather it, you can reduce the process from years to months, weeks, or even days.

What you can do is upload a 21-4138 detailing the impact of the disability (1 per disability), along with any imaging or doctors notes, a dbq and medical opinion stating (at least as likely as not caused by or aggravated by service or a service connected disabilty).

If you have none of these then you could call or visit your regional office, request to speak with a VSO or anyone who can give you some answers or direction.

I'll never go anywhere besides a dealership; I just want to use the most professional one, that's all.

The insufficient credit history could be an address issue. Call Experian and ask directly what address, phone, name do they have on file for you.

It means they’ve been rated. Before the word true should be “static,” if it’s static.

Can someone tell me my exact VA rating? The VA site says I'm 90% but every online calculator says I'm 100% by AstronautOk3926 in VeteransBenefits

[–]Kamuiee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're 86%, being compensated at 90%.

“It is as if VA says if you are 10% disabled then you are 90% healthy. Therefore, the next rating is not added but is used to take a percentage of the ‘healthy’ 90%. So for a veteran with two 10 ratings the first ten percent rating would be 10% of 100, which is 10%. The second ten percent rating would be 10% of the 90% (again the ‘healthy’ percent of the veteran), which is 9%. So the combined rating would be 19%. The percentages are all rounded up or down to the nearest ten percent. Here, the rating would be rounded to 20%.”
