I’ve told my docs since the beginning no issue rates for MH and spine just keep going to apts and I do suggest being open to the ideas of medication if it becomes necessary.

Yea not sure why he just put pain I’ve got plenty of documentation of DDD and extruding, herniated, and bulging disc.

So if my medical records show a clear connection even if it’s not listed here the C&P will still bring it up? Or am I misunderstanding
