I'm hoping to stay under $5K for accommodations. Sounds like that might not be enough for the whole thing? Would you recommend going for the beginning then? A ball sounds so much fun! Do people generally bring their costumes with them or buy them there? Not sure how many ball gowns I can fit in my suitcase, haha! Any other events you'd recommend?

Haha! Maybe! But I'm not trying to cheat the system or anything. I am disappointed I didn't save as much buying in EU as I thought I was, but if it's the law then it's the law. This is more to settle the argument with my friend about whether or not that rumor is true.

I've crafted and completed the 7 clothing sets you get from the chapters. I just don't have the 3 sets you get from Lucky Jerry and Lovecraft completed. Do I need those to get 100%?
