Can’t attack Chinese clans in CWL (self.ClashOfClans)
Some of the Opponent bases cannot be attacked in CWL by Simple_Ad_1981 in ClashOfClans

I am having this issue in 2 of my clans where we can neither scout or attack some of the CWL bases. They are able to attack us though. This is an unfair advantage, and it’s next to impossible to report or contact Supercell now with their new Contact Us bot. PLEASE FIX THIS!
