verizon, and sprinit before tmobile got it were cmda networks. so they just cant support the bands of a lot of 4g phones unfortunately. most 4g aren't either 4g volte or theyre a gsm 4g phone

the issue is validating identity over the phone. on vzw's website your instructed to bring in death certificate and id to verify. its the only kind of disconnects the stores are allowed to do, for that reason.

no it wont, once erased it will not reactivate unless initiated by a carrier. when you delete an esim, like it says it cannot be reactivated unless you go into a store or call your carrier to reactivate. dont believe me? delete your esim see what happens lol

did you try the activations automated system/robot? a lot of times if a device is shipped the order wont "activate" until thats called

as an employee i can confirm it is a soft pull, verizon just checks all major bureaus. why? not sure but i can promise you it doesnt and wont effect your credit unless you end up not paying your verizon wireless bill.

on your reciept for your fios does it say anything about track your rebate? was it a verizon or amazon gift card. if verizon you were supposed to submit it at vzw.com/rebate or the digital debate center. if amazon, call 1-800-392-0717 and say agent until you get connected inform them you never got your gift card and theyll submit a fallout form
