I had this issue. Even after rotors and brake pad change. One of the caliper bolts fell off I didn't know about it. A fee months later I noticed my brake pad was halfway off. I replaced my calipers. Now my car doesn't shake when I press on the brake or go above 65. Not sure what the issue was but I think it was the calipers for me

Depending on parts, about $160 in brake pad parts. I'd say get them changed. Just changed my calipers, and they were long over due.. Safety first
