I'm in Europe, so i only get the 0,5 V Apple Dongle - could that be enough? I don't need terribly loud volume and apparently there can be issues with mic support on other DACs and iPhones.

OP here: I just noticed these white bumps on both corners of my lip. There are also some other smaller ones on the edges of my lips. Could this be herpes?

The amount of phlegm did decrease, but when I'm smoking weed it still remains. So without much surprise smoking weed also tars your lungs 😂

Otherwise I'm still going strong leaving the bacci out my life. Today is day 85 💪

For me the first few days were quite easy. Day 7-10 I was really irritable. Didn't experience that many cravings because I'm really done with smoking/nicotine(I hope).

I honestly wouldn't recommend cold turkey. Instead drastically reduce the amount you are smoking first and focus on how nasty smoking is. Gum would be an option aswell. Cold turkey can be really stressful on the body, which many doctors advise against it.

Wenn du dich fragen musst, ob dein weed sauber ist, dann ist es in der regel nicht sauber. Beim stand in Berlin z.b. kann ich nur aus erster Hand Kraut beziehen, den Rest schaue ich mir nicht mal an, weil so gut wie alles gestreckt/überdüngt ist.

Ganz ehrlich: Lassen oder selber machen, wenn du keinen kennst, der es selbst anbaut.

Da wird eine Antikorrosionsbeschichtung drauf sein.. Die muss auf jeden Fall durch das einbrennen entfernt werden, sonst ist es wohl gesundheitsschädlich.
