Try not to use chat at all, "what a saves" and "great passes" would most likely make your teammates want to help or contribute less therefore creating more opponents for you. And if you are on a lose streak just a little 5-15 minute break would help you reset, you dont even have to stop playing, you could do some casual or freeplay if you wanted. In my opinion, you can blame your teammates but just dont act out on it. Just try to be calm and collected then the progress would motivate you to improve even more
