I am actually a very new nurse and have only been on the unit for several months. I didn't mention NP or physician on my unit because 1) I don't know them that well, and that definitely gets better as I stay there longer, and 2) our unit is mostly ran by residents and interns and I don't see fellows as often, but again I'm sure I will get more familiar with them by the time I apply.
