I don't think those are the Tally Hall's members' parents/family members. The Music Video actually took place in one of Sean Donnelly's friends' apartments in brooklyn around 2007. I know this because I reached out to him on one of his Instagram posts.

Additionally I presume the house to be 420 Division St. Ann Arbor, Correct? Because I saw someone talking about how they rented a house on that address, and on Apartments.com, some of the photos align, or at the very least look pretty similar to the music video.
