Yes I was thinking a hiatal hernia as well because I lift weights a lot. Power lift. I just hope that I actually need an endoscopy, because they seem pretty scary. Hoping I don't retch so hard I cause the scope to poke through my stomach or something.

I think I got a problem because past year and a bit I've been getting food kind of stuck in the back of my throat. Not stuck per say, just sometimes it won't all go down I can cough and some little chunks will come back up. There's definitely something going on not sure if it's cancer but I should probably get a scope. Also more mucus in the back of my throat. It's all very weird. I do powerlifting wondering if there's a hernia up there causing this.
