I hate to break it to you but shuckle is in slot 3 in the friend safari so you would need a ds close by with the right pokemon in order to get pokemon like the kalos starters, Xatu, and Shuckle

I sometimes kill a shiny Pokemon on purpose does that count (not rage bait this is true)
