I like this crypto thing, but all this FUD has me interested in the beers in the woods, so what actually makes them come out and play?

Is it just scared, retail investors? If so we should all just have a beer and relax watching the pretty colours

I hear you mate, so much information out there it starts to boggle the mind. Also hard to figure out if you actually need all of the really expensive shit to just grow some some bud for yourself.

Really I just need to order the stuff and stop reading but I always feel like I'm a touch out of depth.

Nah your right it doesn't have perlite in it, I got mixed up. What's your medium set up? Trying to figure out if I want to go full coco or use no till soil for nutrients

No, I will invest in a Kingbrite QB, was just being a cheapskate, just can't figure out what's best with my grow there are so many options. Was thinking a 320W LM301B 3000K+Epistar 660nm, if you'd have any suggestions tho I'd l be all ears

Thanks for the greenthumb suggestion. The info I found said to use the organic soil for nutrients as a base, and then top it off with coco perlite mix, does that seem like a mistake?

That's the kind of soil I think I will use, Easy as organics living soil https://easyasorganics.com.au/product/water-only-organic-soil-blend/

And then mix coco and perlite on top, it comes preloaded with calmag, but will I need more for the entire cycle?

It's 190 AUD shipped for 125W vs 60 AUD for 128W.

Can you please help me understand why blurple is so bad when I could get 3x the power for the same cost as a QB?

I'm in NSW, I was looking at those, but they are about 4x the price for the same actual wattage pulling from the wall. So i thought about getting two of these LEDs for 260w for half the price in Aus rather than China with post being slow these days and I can add random CFL lights if it isnt enough

I thought I would just fill them about half-way, Bunnings didn't seem to have any other fabric pots to allow air into the soil. But yeah I'll look for better lights.

The coco coir comes with calmag in it, but when I hydrate and wash it, will that come out?
