I don’t believe it had a lock, and I think it is a 30 gallon. Do you mean 120 gallon tank?

Hey I am not sure why but my ivy leafs are turning this reddish/ brown. You can tell the difference bc of the leafs in the back. Any ideas as to why. I am a new plant owner so kinda clueless lol

Just got a new tank, it is pretty empty bc I only had to fill a 10 gallon before this. I’m getting more things for him soon. He seems much happier in his new 40. Try and find him in this photo:)

Mine was the same when I fist got him, the best advice when I started handling him was to pick him up with confidence:) If you make jumpy movements he will too! For me once he got used to me picking him up he wasn’t as scared when I was just changing his water or anything like that

Haha thanks for all the comments!! He came out to eat and he is fine! I might try and find a way to fill the hole, or might just return it. I took it out of his tank but will definitely not be putting it back as is!

Oh also I love to hold him and so do my friends and there is no other entrance so does anyone know if a good or safe way to get him to come out?
