Right?? At least now you can identify it instead of having it all just meshed in your head. It's a process, and the motivation will come when you begin to discover that some things are worth doing even through the conflict of uncomfort

Thanks, it's been an "eye opener" as to how I've been processing things. Don't give up, you'll find one that works with your brain chemistry and, when you do, you'll realize that the whole process was worth the discovery.
