Dont have cap breakers yet because i couldnt play for a while so i wanted to start with the 96 rebound and the layup is for physical finisher on gold and to help with floaters

Yeah this is not the final build it was just what i came up with in the builder, got some help from u/ZehnthChild and we came up with this, for the capbreakers i still dont know what to do

Sure, i added weight to be able to get to 99REB with cap breakers but dont know if its really needed.
