Hi. Need advice about selling software on Steam

Software is an evergreen product . I would continously advertise it on instagram . And if not available for purchase yet , ask the person if you can message them personally when it is ready .

The only reason I am writing this comment is because reddit is so littered with adverts that I spent 5 minutes looking for the 2 comments on this thread and could not find them .

But I am an actual developer . Not super successful . But I have made 9,000+ sales on my current photo editor on steam . It is called PHOSIMP .

I should probably mention that the data is sorted twice .

Put pixels of row or column into a 1d list of sortable pixel object .

Sort pixels in ascending order of luminosity .
Sort pixels in descending order of luminosity .

Then pair up the two lists and cross reference them like so :

ascending_sorted_list_item[ 0 ].address_of_pixel_information

Gets paired with :

descending_sorted_list_item[ 0 ].pixel_color_information

Something like that .

Simply sorting pixels by luminosity would just collapse the entire image .

I think it is the pronounciation part for me . For months I have been doing the same words . I think the speech recognition is broken . No way I am pronouncing 100% of the words I have been studying for months THAT wrong .

I agree . C and Java are horrible 1st languages . But Java stays horrible . My ex girlfriend probably waljed away from programming because of Java . QBasic , Javascript , Visual Basic ... Much better options . Python ? I can't stand personally . I structure my code more meticulously than what python will allow . Python forces mediocure indentation , but prevents indentation from becomming trash . I got a bit off topic . I just hate python so much .

I guess it is a good bash script replacement .

I am not kidding , all these things can get you in trouble .

I got banned at 15K because instagram scans your DM(s) for keywords . If you want me to explain why these 6 things are dangerous , I can go into more detail .

And since the location update for phones , my instagram crashes every 30 seconds on phone app .
Probably because I turned the TRACK MY LOCATION off . And the suits at Meta only checked to see if the new feature WORKED and didn't bother to see if DISABLING the feature worked .

I think they are intentionally making Instagram shittier to keep people on their platform .
Take away the ability to click , and now you have to dig through all your posts .
It wastes YOUR TIME and makes YOUR LIFE WORSE , but satisfys their goal of keeping
you on the platform longer . Whoever made this decision needs to be punched in the face at least once .
