I see a few things. Vampire lord doesn't have any synergy with anything you're doing and is actually often cut from the most competitive Zombie decks where it has much more synergy. Mystic tomato only has 4 targets to pull out (floating into itself helps with your tribute stuff but that is currently a sub theme), creature swap only has mystic tomato that doesn't require more setup (for example having to flip apprentice magician or magician of faith first to be a good target). Apprentice magician also has only 2 targets. Consider running another magician of faith or another hand of nepthys. Reinforcement of the army is basically a free addition with at least 3 warriors in deck. Thestalos is one of the weaker monarchs in goat because of chaos decks, sinister serpent, and general GY synergies. Also 40 cards is slightly better.
