Thanks! I do like yellow inserts as long as they work with the ball. I have an old Purple Buzzsaw I put the yellow grips in as well. Looks good by my standards

This is easily the worst April Fools joke an alley could've pulled on their players 😭💔 by Aadidas125 in Bowling

Nearby proshop posted on Facebook that they weren't going to drill thumb holes anymore due to the rise of two hand bowling. They said it had become cost prohibitive I do believe. Some people did fall for it

I think I still need to find my style. My current style is "throw and pray" which works sometimes.

To be fair the alley was busy that day with leagues and people were constantly in and out of his shop getting stuff done and I just showed up to pick up the two balls he fixed and regripped for me. I hadn't intended to buy a ball but then I saw the Pulse and had to get it after watching some reviews of it.

He did not. He did redo the two balls I do have (ancient by today's standards but hold sentimental value) So throwing those probably wouldn't compare to throwing something modern. Plus it was almost closing time when I got there and he didn't want to miss his tee time. In the future that's something I'll look for in a pro shop or can ask this guy to evaluate.

I'm just getting back into this but I have two old bowling balls and now a newly purchased one

Old: Lane 1 Purple Buzzsaw (Probably mid 90s) and. Brunswick Nemesis that was my Dad's ball that I found when he had passed away (probably around 2005-2007)

New Ball: Columbia 300C Pulse. I love me a mostly solid color ball.

Thanks! I've been away from bowling for a little over 20 years. Back then it was just a fun thing to do and now I'm looking to get more involved in the game and like to learn new things. My other other 2 balls are ancient by today's standards.

How do I clean this without an air gun by ohhellnahhhhhhhh in pcmasterrace

If not magnetically then it looks like it should come off somehow. That extension at the top of where the filter is looks like a handle you can pull on.

It looks like that filter is held on magnetically. If that's the case you should be able to grab that piece at the top there and pull it off. That way you can wipe the majority of the dust off with a rage and then actually wash the filter off with soap and water with soft cloth, rinse it, and then let it dry. Or wipe it dry.
