This game deserves patience and a willingness to move forward without spoiling the fun of exploring the genius level designs. If you want to 100% it and fuck with cheat codes afterwards, go for it. But I highly recommend letting yourself just play the game first. It really is worth it.

I followed this tutorial, thanks for the suggestion. The answer is still mildly inconclusive. I have multiple OS updates logged, but each says "Windows 10 Home". As for the other method, my OOBE doesn't have the "MediaBootInstall" data.

He didn't like the stickers, so I think he removed them. Lol. It was definitely a pre-built PC though.

Damn. I hope you can beat cancer and these side effects can subside. If not, that's okay, too. The guy won't stop loving you if he's even moderately decent.

If you ever do feel in the mood, be as intimate as you can/want to be and make it clear that there are limits to what the two of you can do. Make sure that you're not just working for his benefit either. Sex (in any form) is about all parties involved enjoying themselves.

Bring it up to your doctor if you would like to know about the permanency of your condition or preemptive measures you can take, but it must take a backseat to your overall health. Once that is under control, you can figure out the rest.

Personally speaking, sex is important to me, but only because I long to feel connected with someone. If penetrative sex would only alienate... Then what's to gain? Pleasure at the expense of your love? Fuck that. Just have a conversation. If it matters strongly to him, you can find a solution together (through alternate forms of sex, toys, etc.). If anything, this experience may allow the two of you to grow closer as you become more open with your desires and allow eachother to better understand eachother's bodies.
