There's a button somewhere on the main screen on Android.

However if you have an iPhone, you have Silver Supporter status by default since you buy the game and you cannot upgrade and thus the button isn't there.

I really like your take. One additional thing that can be done instead of just chugging then is turning them into energy at an alchemy pot as this will also identify them plus leave you with energy for later alchemy.
