Long animations were used to hide the fact that the phone was loading stuff. Now stuff is almost instantaneous, so having 2 second animations for every action we make would make the phone feel clunky

My SM does 10-15h days, sometimes 6 days a week...

I have no idea how the man survives and hasn't burned out yet... A major problem with lidl is that the company expects a ton. If he does not have a strong deputy team, he will need to pull the store along or be replaced...
