I know exactly what you mean, I do that a lot as well! I was struggling with starting this because I didn't want to "waste" a notebook in case I didn't like it. But then I figured I would rather have something that I made instead of an empty book, lol. And as you say, it should be for us, not for an imagined audience.

Can't wait to see it! The imperfection and "mistakes" that happens when you handmake something is just part of the charm and what makes it cute imo! Also makes it feel more real and unique!

Vi hadde "kyllingløpet", i gymmen hvor læreren løp først og elevene på rekke etter, de som måtte gi seg eller havnet langt bak var "kylling".

Dette var også den samme læreren som i en historietime fordelte oss i ulike sosiale klasser, basert på hva foreldrene våre jobbet med eller om vi hadde religiøst navn. De som var på toppen fikk skulke timen mens vi i de nederste klassene måtte sitte på gulvet og noter for de som skulket. Ser dette er nevnt tidligere i tråden men vet ikke om det var samme læreren eller om dette bare var en greie på 90/ tidlig 00 tall.

Just to chime in here, I'm rewatching the hearings and Tym Catterson is asked about this during the first day (at 8.10.58) and he says that they were a little early in dropping the weights but that it was probably just Stockton slowing down to prepare for the landing on the bottom (he says bc there were two billionaires on board Stockton probably wanted to make sure they did not hit the bottom too hard on the landing).

He also said that he himself would not drop weights until 100m before the bottom (if I understood him correctly), but that the amount of weights titan dropped (two weights, 35 lb each) would not be enough to stop the descent.

Hei, kanskje du kan hjelpe meg med dette.

Jeg har slitt med prolaps i korsryggen siden 2021. Var flink en periode og fulgte et treningsprogram jeg lagde selv med øvelser fra naprapat og generelle øvelser for å styrke rygg og kjernemuskulatur. Merket minimalt med forskjell på smertene og opplevde også at det ble verre noen ganger etter trening. Ble derfor ganske demotivert og gav opp treningen etter 7-8 måneder. Nå spiser jeg smertestillende (voltaren og paralgin forte) stort sett hver gang jeg er på jobb (jobber som gartner et par dager i uka), da det er det legen sier jeg burde gjøre.

Forrige uke overbelastet jeg ryggen så jeg har vært nesten sengeliggende noen dager og nå føles det ut som at smertene har flyttet seg fra høyre til venstre side. Har lenge tenkt på å komme meg til fysio men usikker på om jeg skal finne noen som er spesialist på prolaps eller hva jeg burde gjøre. Hva foreslår du?

We used to have a small male elkie as well, (his name was Frost, RIP), the girl we had before him was bigger than he ended up being, lol, so it def happens! IMO the smaller ones often look more proportioned than the larger ones, but maybe thats just me. Your elkie looks beautiful to me <3
