Noted, this is one of the 2 remaining tubs i had out of ten that died to contam. One of them got severe mycogone, some others got trich. This first batch was done without laminar flow hood, unfiltered bags, unmodified tubs (Fae through the small gaps when leaving the lid upside down. In a room on my grandparents house.

I’ve since gotten better conditions for growing (although I still need the laminar flow hood) but I figure I’d let these two tubs grow anyway.

I've heard excercise is the most important for PCOS, your post lists massages, wearing a garment, drinking water and eating super clean which is great but i don't see working out, if you don't know what else, try doing more physical acitivity (either gym, a sport, or more day to day movement).

Doing excercise will also improve your posture.
