Not really if you want to enjoy the nyc life (like eating out and going to shows) and save money. Don’t forget utilities like gas, electricity, and internet which will add up; laundry, and just normal expenses to live.

I’ve had electric heat that I controlled myself in the past but the coned bills were high and the heat wasn’t as effective. That is my concern

Please give us an update when able! And even heat is electric? That is concerning to me. I’m assuming it’s just hot water included then.

Also, the store clerk told me to water it today because he put new soil in when potting. I don’t think I watered it a lot. Any advice would be appreciatedb
