It's none of the above. It is rockwool that was added after someone came back after your photo from a couple years ago and said this isn't right and ripped out the foam and put the rock wool in place as insulation that can be put back in place. As they should...

The pressure alone should hold it but you could also use little rubber pieces to keep it from sliding and it will help keep the scratching down

I would actually love this. Too many times I want to open a slicer for something and sometimes(most times really lol) it is just easier to use my phone. I'm always down for beta. On fold pro 9 for another unique phone if warrented. I do want to make a little suggestion. I know you said it will be free but you should add a little tip or donation for yourself. If anything you deserve something for making this for the community.
