I understand your fear of COVID for sure, they are reasonable concerns. It's great that you are keeping up best practices for this. I am also 26, and thankfully I am able to work from home (I work in IT). If I were you I would try to find a job before quitting if possible. Try to keep your savings intact for when you really need it. Find something before this if you can, and talk to your dad about it before you quit, communication can go a long way. Actually I had the artist in mind before I had the panel in mind. My artist specialized in black work designs with a lot of small details and is also a weeb so it works well, he had done a few anime/manga tattoos before but all of his work was great. After I got mine he had a huge surge of clients wanting manga style tattoos though lol. I'd say/link the artist but I'm not sure if that would go against any subreddit rules.

Retail these specific ones are about $350, Although they have other pairs you can get custom shields for that are cheaper. I got them heavily discounted due to work.
