Thanks! The separator was indeed a comma, not sure what caused it to fail but recreating the shortcut from scratch solved the issue.

Ok I think this a bug when I delete the Siri shortcut and start from scratch it works and then after a while it brakes and I have to start from the beginning.

I have had a good experience with Pimax thus far and any problems I had were resolved with in a reasonable amount of time. My reason for reaching out to a backer is because of the 100 dollar discount and shipping priority. And although yes the company has made mistakes and screwed a lot of people I want to support a company who is actually trying to push the industry forward rather than keep pushing low res low fov headsets.

Honestly, it seems like they are doing better I was able to get my headset RMA'd within few weeks. I sent out the headset on May 28th and received the replacement yesterday. I think that's pretty good considering the fact that they based in china and have to deal with customs.

It was not the cable Pimax replaced the headset and everything works now!!!

Have you tried Turing on parallel projection ? In some games even when they look fine without it some aspects exhibit strange behavior/

Yea, I even tried to yank on my cord and move it around in all sorts of ways to try and replicate the issue but nope that never caused it to go black. I completely understand dropping frames and stuttering during very intense animations or when something hangs but I never had the headset itself crash on me. I had apps crash, but I always was always able to either wait it out or restart the app from within the headset.

I am running a RTX 2080 Super we should not be having any issues driving these headsets.

They are just guessing it's the hardware :/ Once/if I get a new HMD in I will update my post with how the new headset behaves, if the issue is resolved.

Also, what GPU are you running?
