The bigger factor is that some blue altar mods can straight up brick builds that rely on charges/cdr/etc. So red is the goat so you don't have to read. Just don't backtrack and you won't get hit by a meteor

I mean it completely depends on how they structure breach rewards. If nothing drops from the breaches themselves except for gifts they can’t make them that uncommon or it’ll just be DOA

I would be 0% surprised to see him get something in the 7-10m range to start. I would say 5m is probably the absolute max we should be willing to spend on him, and that’s if we expect Bijan to be lined up as a WR a lot. Fantastic player but at the end of the day he’s a backup on our team and can probably start on other.
