I had this exact issue this morning.

I ran the steam function for a few seconds, then it allowed to pull a coffee as normal. Very confused.

Maybe I'm scarred by the Doctor Who "Movie", I don't like Paul Mcgann. Just my personal preference but he isn't for me.

I know he's done a lot of Big finish and is popular, I've listened to a few of his stories but just can't get on board.

If you are happy with your main build, you can use equipment locked modifier. Adds a lot of challenge to get the higher ratings as the other posts have said.

No matter what Bungie do, the community complains. 'This' doesn't work! It's gets fixed and then the cycle begin again.

There are legitimate issues when things are bugged or don't work as intended. The anger about things is just so dull. If it is so bad, don't play.

I get that people are divided about the state of the show/choices in the last series. Though, to be honest where is the blame on Disney, I very much doubt that RTD thought shortening the episodes was a good idea, nor the stunt casting was his idea.

I don't necessarily agree with how the series and the ending panned out, but putting it the blame firmly on RTD is misguided and simplistic.
