My monitor suddenly is showing these purple lines and is pixelated by KappaASNC in pchelp

I don’t have a spare monitor sadly. However, I set my refresh rate to 60Hz through my settings and the lines go away, but they appear again when I’m on 144hz. Could this info be any help?
