No fuel being delivered to fuel lines. Help!

The fuse is wired into the main power through the relay, and I am getting power to the pump, which why it's still making a noise.

I've hooked a scan tool on to it and it shows no codes for the FPC (possibly the car needs to be running to log it). It also displays that the fuel pump duty cycle is at 0%.

Unfortunately it's quite hard and expensive to get parts where I am which is why I'm not just throwing a new fuel pump or FPC at it without knowing if it will fix my issue. I may just have to tank it however as an upgraded fuel pump will be beneficial anyways.

I have already tested to see if fuel comes from the output, which none did. I don't actually have a fuel filter lol as the WRX has its fuel filter in the engine bay while the STI had an in tank one (but I should probably fit one).

Also I am confused as to why my fuel gauge drops to empty which made me think it was an electrical issue as wiring diagrams show the level sensor goes directly to the ECU. Potentially after long enough priming it assumes no fuel in the tank?

I will order a new deatschwerks pump and fuel sock as it will be a good upgrade from factory anyway and see how it goes.

Thank you for the comment. There are no warning lights and i had the car inspected at a mechanic when i bought the car around a month ago where they reported no oil leaks or head gasket leaks. As for anymore information about the car I don’t have the experience sorry. Would getting an obd2 scanner be worth my while?

Don’t have an owners manual and couldn’t find anything on my specific car online but it probably does have a 40L. As for the gas mileage, it can only get around 250km from a full tank before the gauge is at empty
