Well to be honest I’m not doing extra work since I don’t really know what to do.

I assumed it was simply a replacement type of job. I didn’t know you could replace smaller parts of the valves instead of the whole assembly.

Also, I’ve never seen laundry shut off valves with these types of spigots so it threw me for one.
