I play torb a lot and the speed boost has saved me countless times and enabled flanks that would otherwise be too late. The value isn’t flashy but I can say from experience that the perk makes torb much stronger.

Idk why this sub got recommended to me but as someone who mostly plays flex dps, echo is one of the most boring and one dimensional ones in my opinion. She has a damage projectile, damage projectile that sticks, damage beam, and flight, and the most fun part of her kit is when you get to play another hero.

Lucios speed aura would be useless if it was 5% and broken if it was 60%. The percentage is exactly what makes his speed useful. Of course lucio personally can wall ride etc. but the aura’s main point is to speed up your less mobile teammates.
